• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  The supply of alcohol is prohibited: -

  a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor, or,

  b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence.

  c) Every supply of alcohol shall be made or authorised by the holder of a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Local Authority.

   

  Recordings will be maintained for 30 days

   

  If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police & Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.

   

  A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.

   

  CCTV will be registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 with the Information Commissioner.

   

  All staff will be trained in licensing law and ongoing training records will be kept and maintained utilising the Off-Licence Training programme.

   

  All staff will have received suitable training in what to do in an emergency and in general safety precautions.

   

  The 'Challenge 21' scheme with the policy of 'No ID, No Sale' will be in force to prevent under-age sales.

   

  A 'Refusals' book will be maintained in conjunction with the 'No ID, No Sale' policy.
