ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The supply of alcohol is prohibited:-
a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor; or
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence;
c) every supply of alcohol shall be made or authorised by the holder of a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Licensing Authority. All recordings will be maintained for a minimum of 14 days for evidence purposes.
The Challenge 21 Scheme will be in operation.
A Refusal Register will be kept and produced for inspection to authorised persons.
