ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The supply of alcohol is prohibited: -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor, or,
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence.
c) Every supply of alcohol shall be made or authorised by the holder of a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All staff will be adequately trained in order to meet the licensing objectives.
Any person who appears to be aged under 21 will be asked for identification if attempting to purchase alcoholic drinks.
An incident book will be kept and details of all instances of refusals of sale will be recorded.
All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statuary bodies.
An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available.
When disabled people are present adequate arrangements will exist to enable their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
All rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area.
The delivery of goods is restricted to the normal working day.
