ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The supply of alcohol is prohibited: -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor, or,
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence.
c) Every supply of alcohol shall be made or authorised by the holder of a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All staff will have received suitable training in licensing law, what to do in an emergency and in general safety precautions.
A refusals book will be kept and provided for inspection to any authorised officer.
All emergency lighting will be checked weekly.
Entrances, exits and passageways will be kept clear.
Prominent signs will be displayed requesting customers to have regard for local residents when leaving the premises.
Any person who appears to be aged under 21 will be asked for identification if attempting to purchase alcoholic drinks.
CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated as per DVD and Operational Requirement Analysis document recommendations of the Chief Officer of Police and Local Authority.
The digital recording system must have the facility to be password protected.
The CCTV system should be capable of recording and retaining 10 days of images to a standard that can be produced as evidence for possible prosecution purposes.
The digital recording system must have a download facility to provide evidence of incidents.
At entrance and exit doorways Identification cameras will be installed with appropriate lighting.
Within the shop Recognition cameras will be installed with appropriate lighting.
The appropriate CCTV signage will be displayed on and off premises
All persons required to operate the system must be given suitable training to enable to do so effectively.
The CCTV system must be registered with the Data Protection Information Commissioner.
