ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The supply of alcohol is prohibited: -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor, or,
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence.
c) Every supply of alcohol shall be made or authorised by the holder of a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All staff will be trained in licensing law in respect of sales of alcohol.
A Challenge 25 policy will be in place so that anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 years will not be served alcohol unless they are able to provide proof of age. Suitable ID is a photocard driving licence, a passport or an approved PASS scheme card.
