ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
ALCOHOL
The supply of alcohol is prohibited: -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor, or,
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence.
c) Every supply of alcohol shall be made or authorised by the holder of a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Staff to be trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and to be vigilant of possible dangers to customers.
The premises will be kept in a good state of cleanliness.
Alcohol will be displayed securely.
All persons selling alcohol must be authorised in writing by a personal licence holder.
The Challenge 21 scheme will be operated and:
- No Photo ID/No Sale
- Appropriate posters to be displayed
- Refusal Register to be updated
- All staff will receive Licensing training as appropriate
