ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated as per the Police and L.A. Operational Requirement Analysis document.
Recordings will be maintained for a minimum of 10 days.
All persons required to operate the system must be given suitable training to enable them to download evidence should it be required by a Police Officer or Authorised person.
The CCTV system must be registered with the Data Protection Information Commissioner.
If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
All sales of hot food and drink must cease by 02.00hrs and all the customers must have been served and left the premises by this terminal hour (except Christmas Eve and new Years Eve).
