ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
CCTV will be maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Local Authority.
Recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month- but to be agreed with Police & Local Authority).
If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police & Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
CCTV will be registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 with the Information Commissioner.
SIA licensed door supervisors will be employed at a ratio of 1:75 and must be on duty from 2000 hours until the premises is closed.
Door supervisors must be in two way radio contact with each other whilst on duty.
Nitenet radio system must be maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the police and local authority.
The drugs/weapons box must be maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the police and local authority.
The electronic counter system shall be maintained and tested in accordance with Fire Service and local authority guidelines to ensure that the capacity limit of 550 persons is not exceeded.
All patrons to enter and depart by the front entrance in Gold Street.
All staff have received suitable training in licensing law, what to do in an emergency and in general safety precautions.
Croners will be employed as health and safety advisors, full risk assessments will be undertaken and health and safety polity will be kept on site.
Door supervisors will remain on duty until the last customer has dispersed.
Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.
Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park; and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
There will be a reduction in volume and tempo of the music for the last hour of opening.
Children under the age of 18 will not be permitted on the premises.
