ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The supply of alcohol is prohibited: -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor, or,
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence.
c) Every supply of alcohol shall be made or authorised by the holder of a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Consideration will be given to setting capacity limits to prevent overcrowding which could lead to crime and disorder.
This capacity figure will be based on advice from the Police, Fire or local authority.
All functions organised by outside bodies or persons will be vetted and need the approval of the management.
An incident book will be kept and details of all instances of public disorder will be recorded.
The premises will only be hired to outside bodies or organisations in accordance with the terms of the letting agreement in force on the date of issue of this licence.
A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the police and the Local Authority will be in place.
