• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.

  In this condition, permitted hours means:

  a)              Monday to Friday - 11.30am until 11.00pm, Saturday and Sunday - 11.30am until               Midnight

  b)               On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day.

   

  The above restrictions do not prohibit:

  a)              during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;

  b)              during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;

  c)              during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;

  d)              the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

   

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The hours for Christmas Eve, Easter Bank Holiday weekend, Spring Bank holiday weekend and Summer Bank holiday weekend for:

   

  Indoor Sporting events will be: 11.30am until 01.00am.

   

  Regulated Entertainment will be: 19.30pm until 11.30pm.

   

  Supply of Alcohol will be: 11.30am until Midnight, Christmas Eve until 01.00am.

   

  New Year’s Eve - Deregulated.

   

  The Club shall operate in accordance with the rules submitted with the application.

   

  No alteration shall be made to those rules concerning, the election of members, the sale or supply of alcohol or the use of the premises without the prior consent of the Licensing Authority.

   

  Any other alteration to the rules shall be notified to the Licensing Authority and Police within 28 days.

   

  The maximum occupancy figures for the premises will made be in agreement with the Council and Devon Fire & Rescue based on fire safety issues, available floor space and the sanitary accommodation available.

   

  An anti drug policy agreed by the Police and local authority will be in force.

   

  Crime prevention notices will be displayed warning customers of the prevalence of crime which may target them, eg “bags should not be left unattended”, “watch out for pickpockets”, drugs awareness etc.

   

  A detailed “customer code of conduct” poster will be displayed warning customers that if they act in an inappropriate manner, they could be barred from all licensed premises in the vicinity.

   

  The premises will be a member of Pubwatch and a representative will attend Pubwatch meetings and participate in all initiatives.

   

  Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.

   

  A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the police and the Local Authority will be in place.
