ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Continue the allowance for residents and bona fide guests to be served 24 hours a day.
To extend existing standards and pricedures so that they are applied over the proposed extended trading period and apply to all licensable activites. To maintain the existing standards to enable the premises to operate lawfully, peacefully, safely and without harm to children.
All staff will have received suitable training in licensing law, what to do in an emergency and in general safety precautions.
Chill Out Time. Music will be reduced / switched off half an hour before closing time to allow people to relax, acclimatise and adjust their hearing.
To maintain the premises and operate them in a manner so that public safety is not put at risk. To comply with all relevant legislation relating to public safety.
Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.
A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment. Management will control the sound levels of the music / entertainment.
Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept at a minimum.
A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the police and the Local Authority will be in place.
