ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:
a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal;
b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;
c) to a canteen or mess.
Intoxicating liquor may only be sold or supplied at the premises to the following persons:
Members of Mid Devon Indoor Bowls Club and their bona fide guests
Persons attending the premises who have paid the prescribed fee for the use of the facilities at the premises
Persons attending organised, pre-booked meetings or functions held at the premises
Supporters and officials and competitors taking part in sporting events at the premises on the day of the event only
Persons taking table meals at the premises provided that the consumption by such persons shall be ancillary to a meal
There shall be rules of the Mid Devon Indoor Bowls Club and a copy shall be deposited with the licensing authority.
No alterations shall be made to the rules which relate to the election of members, the use of the premises by under 18s and the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor except with the consent of the licensing authority.
Notice of any other alteration to the rules shall be given to the licensing authority within 14 days of the alteration.
There shall be no off sales of intoxicating liquor except to members of Mid Devon Indoor Bowls Club.
The premises shall operate in accordance with Appendix A submitted with the application and attached to this licence.
