ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Unless otherwise stated below the event will take place as detailed in the Event Safety Plan supplied with the application in order to meet the four licensing objectives.
Gas installation certificates certified by a CORGI-registered engineer within the last 12 months must accompany all gas appliances.
All shower and toilet areas must be adequately lit at night, including individual portaloos, both inside and out.
Adequate lighting/demarcation of fire and water points must be provided.
The requirements relating to the safety, testing and certification of gas and electrical equipment apply equally to concessions.
As a minimum all food handlers must be aware of how to handle food in a safe and hygienic way. No catering concessions should operate unless suitable training can be demonstrated with a basic food hygiene certificate or similar.
In the event of concessions failing in their legal obligations the organiser must ensure they cease operating as part of the event.
No drumming workshops shall start before 10am.
All the main drumming classes will be on at the same time from 10am until 11.30am.
The main drumming classes will be restricted to the two top fields.
The site managers will be contactable on a 24 hour basis by phone in order to respond to any Environmental Health noise concerns.
Noise monitoring will be carried out by Tribe of Doris staff.
Stewards will be provided at the drum classes to ensure that they finish exactly on time and do not run over into the 'no drumming class' times.
All those attending the event are to be made aware of the noise restrictions.
