ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Cullompton Town Council will exercise its discretion over the hire of the hall and will require hirers of the hall to comply with the rules in the hiring agreement and the conditions of this licence.
Cullompton Town Council will risk assess hirings and will not generally accept bookings that would require registered door staff. If any such bookings are accepted then the hirer would need to provide registered door staff.
Users of the hall will be made aware of licensing law, what to do in an emergency and general safety precautions.
All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
The maximum occupancy figure of 100 persons will not be exceeded.
Cullompton Town Council will ensure that users of the hall control the sound levels of music/entertainment to prevent nuisance to nearby residents.
If noise complaints are received in the summer Cullompton Town Council will consider suspending hire of the hall for musical events.
Lobbies will be used to prevent escape of noise
Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.
Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park; and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
An announcement will be made prior to closing requesting patrons co-operation in leaving the premises and vicinity as quietly and quickly as possible.
