ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All staff will be trained to avoid conflict and how to respond to criminal and anti social behaviour.
The public will not be able to gain access to knives or glasses.
Staff will be trained in how to react in an emergency.
Signage will be used to ask customers to be quiet and to disperse from outside the premises.
Facilities for collection and disposal of litter will be provided.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Late night refreshments be provided on Sunday to Thursday from 11pm until 11.30pm and on Friday and Saturday from 11pm until midnight.
The shop to close and all lights turned off and no further sales to take place after the stated closing time.
CCTV be installed to the satisfaction of the Police and the Licensing Authority and to ensure that it is of a quality to allow the Police to bring prosecutions where appropriate.
