ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3) (b) applies, admission of the children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
Where
(a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of the children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
In this section
‘children’ means persons aged under 18; and
‘film classification body’ means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c 39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A risk assessment will be completed prior to any major event in agreement with the Licensing Authority.
Entry to the amphitheatre will be restricted to one entrance gate to enable supervision of entry.
An incident book will be kept and details of all instances of public disorder will be recorded.
Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems not installed by a suitably qualified electrician will be inspected and certified by one before they are put to use.
There will be adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available for the use of patrons at all times.
All firework displays will cease before midnight.
During the August bank holiday weekend of each year the site plan will alter to plan B (ANNEX 4) for the weekends festival. This will run from the Friday to Monday.
